Property Rights

Through the Committee to Protect Property Rights (CPPR), your rights as community owners are protected and may be advanced through the courts. CPPR funds have directly supported individual member’s legal fees, as well as provide for “Friend of the Court” briefs on issues effecting all members’ interests. CPPR provides critical support in the judicial arena, an important area of concern for all our members.
