MHCW 2026 Annual Conference - MAY 20 & 21, 2026

This event is Washington’s premier manufactured housing conference, bringing together owners, managers, and industry professionals for education and networking opportunities. 

The conference kicks off on Wednesday May 20th with private attorney roundtable dinners (limited to five guests each) and a Welcome and Networking Reception to launch the event - as members and guests arrive at the beautiful Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, WA. 

Thursday May 21st is a FULL day of educational tracks tailored specifically for Owners and Managers. Industry experts will guide attendees toward fresh perspectives, emerging opportunities, and forward-thinking strategies designed to help strengthen operations and expand business in today's rapidly evolving market.

Cutoff Date to book rooms at the discounted group rate is  April 20, 2026.  Guests may book one day pre and post day at the group rate based on availability. 

Check-In/ Check- Out: Guest accommodations will be available after 4:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 am on departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.

MHCW does have a capacity limit in this venue so rooms and seating will be first come, first served - we encourage all attendees to book accomodations early.

REGISTRATION AND MORE INFORMATION 

Requests for cancellations or replacements must be received in writing. We will provide a refund (less $100 cancellation fee) on written cancellations received prior to May 6, 2025. After May 6th no refunds will be provided for cancellations and “no shows” will not be eligible for a refund of any kind. 

Recording devices are prohibited from being used during any segments of the conference.

Please be aware that if you have registered as an MHCW member and paid the MHCW reduced member fee — your dues must be paid current on or before May 20, 2026.
